Let’s celebrate our enormous success hosting the 2009 Nautel Laser World Championships with a friendly, relaxed BBQ
The event Co-Chairs, Barbara Pike and Rod Millar, along with the organizing committee would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the volunteers for their efforts and would also like to extend this invitation to all SMSC members, and the local community who embraced and enjoyed hosting these events for athletes from around the world.
9 holes of Frisbee Golf are being organized for your entertainment on the grounds of SMSC from 6:00pm until dark.
Frisbee Golf follows the same basic rules of golf, only you use a Frisbee instead of golf clubs… This should level the playing field! Easy to learn and play. You will form groups of 4 to make a Team and the Team scores will be tallied after dark with wonderful merchandise prizes awarded to the winners. Of course, you are welcome to watch and cheer the teams on if you choose not to play, or just don’t want to put down your beer!
