Rear Commodore Wendell Lonergan proposes to take up the following matters for discussion:

• Locations of start/finish marks and Mark 4.  The general feeling is that the start/finish marks are too far apart.  Race mark 4 in its current position is seldom used and the feeling was to reposition it nominally between Mark 3 and Ringdove approximately 44 36.45N by 63 58.55W.
• Prior to the Christmas break an ad hoc committee of senior racers met to establish a set of guidelines for the race ODs and race starters.  Focus was placed on safety and procedures for racing under adverse conditions.  These documents will be discussed prior to formal posting to the Senior Fleet WEB page.
• Recurring theme over the years has been the balance between the fun factor of flying spinnakers and the burden of having crew to support this activity.
• Presentation of the 2010 race schedule
• 2010 ODs – Competition for these prestigious positions have been fierce in the past.  Please volunteer early to reserve your series.
• Race rules Seminars
• A request to add Sunday races has been made
• Addition of SMSC Chester race following SMAKR
• Division between A & B Fleets
