Please receive this as official notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Saint Margaret Sailing Club will be held on Thursday, November 25th, 2010, commencing at 7: 30 p.m., at the SMSC Clubhouse, 5 Foxberry Hill Road.

Please make plans to attend this important meeting.

At this meeting a motion will be presented to set the membership fees and terms for 2011.

There will also be a special resolution presented to approve two minor changes to our by-laws as required by the Registrar of the Registry of Joint Stocks. These relate to:

• bylaw 1 (c): change a special resolution from 2/3 to 3/4 vote
• bylaw 32: remove this indemnification by-law as recommended by the Registrar.
