This year’s commodore's dinner is shaping up to be World-class event. We are pleased that this year’s event is again being catered by Chef Chris Burton who prepared and served such a wonderful meal last year.

Included is a welcoming Champagne reception and the band "Grey Wolf" following.

Date: Saturday, November 20th
Time:
Reception begins at 6PM, followed by dinner at 7PM, followed by the band "Grey Wolf" from about 9PM until about midnight

Members: $55 per person, Guests: $65 person (gratuity included, but excluding HST)

Have your Visa/MC number handy and your choices of Appetizer and Entree. A vegetarian choice will also be available. You may request to be seated with others, up to a table of 10.

  • Vegetable Crudités & Hummus with Pita chips, crisp vegetables, tarragon aioli
  • Smoked Salmon Platter: maple smoked salmon, cold smoked salmon, chevre, capers, shaved onion, crostinis
  • Saffron Poached Digby Scallops & Tiger Shrimp, horseradish & tomato puree, wasabi aioli

Dinner Menu

Pre-Selected from one of the following appetizers.
  1. Carrot Ginger Bisque (Brie crème fraiche) OR
  2. Caesar Salad (Prosciutto Crisp, parmesan, crostini)
Pre-Selected from one of the following Entrées
  1. Maple Cured Salmon Filet (Pomegranate molasses) OR
  2. Grilled Chicken Breast (Brandy peppercorn sauce OR
  3. Roast AAA Beef Tenderloin (Cabernet Demi-glace)
Entrées are served with Lemon roasted potatoes, Steamed vegetables
