Steph has been instrumental in developing a university sailing circuit in this province, while also volunteering at several regattas as a race official, committee chair or club volunteer. A dedicated sailor, he is considered a tremendous asset at any event. He is a fixture at dinghy regattas hosted at SMSC and elsewhere. His usual "post" is on a "mark" boat. |
