On the evening of March 31, 2010, SMSC members approved new by-laws, a new Officer structure, new membership categories, and updated 2010 membership fees. The new by-laws require the approval of the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies - the new by-laws will be sent for approval shortly. |
