It is resolved that:

As provided by the by-laws of the Society, the following additional officer positions are defined:

  1. Vice-Commodore – Membership
  2. Vice-Commodore – House
  3. Vice-Commodore – Grounds and Waterfront
  4. Vice-Commodore – Junior Sail
  5. Past Commodore

The roles and responsibilities of all Officers and Directors shall be determined from time to time by the Commodore with the approval of the Board of Directors, provided that there are no inconsistencies with the by-laws.
