It is resolved that:

As provided by the by-laws of the Society, the currently defined  additional officer positions be replaced by the following defined additional officer positions:

  1. Vice-Commodore Membership
  2. Vice-Commodore House
  3. Vice-Commodore Infrastructure and Grounds
  4. Vice-Commodore Waterfront
  5. Vice-Commodore Junior Sail
  6. Director of Social Activities

This motion rescinds Special Resolution 2010-002 which provided an earlier definition of additional officer positions.

The roles and responsibilities of all Officers and directors shall be determined from time to time by the Commodore with the approval of the Board of directors, provided that there are no inconsistencies with the by-laws.

The motion was carried by special resolution.
