EVENING CLASSESRegistration is now open, space is limited. OverviewSt Margaret Sailing Club is pleased to offer Adult Dinghy sailing lessons this summer. These will be held Monday and Tuesday evenings during the months of July and August. Lessons will be in our club 420s (the same ones many of the junior sailors use during the day). The summer will be split into four sessions consisting of two consecutive weeks each. The first two sessions (running in July) will be for women only while the two sessions in August will be open to all adults. Any amount (or lack) of experience is welcome along with members and non members alike. Schedule*FULL* Session 1 (Women): July 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th from 6:00-9:30 CostMembers: $100 +HST What to ExpectCome right at 6:00 (or before if possible). We will have partially rigged boats ready so we can get on the water as soon as possible. You will need to bring a Personal flotation device (PFD), close toed shoes for sailing (no rubber boots, crocs are OK) and a change of clothes as you are reasonably likely to get wet. We do advise bringing a wetsuit if you have one. The program will run rain or shine although if a large storm is coming through we may postpone an evening. Any inquiries can be directed to our Head Instructor Paul Filbee-Dexter |
