Bonds originally issued in 1995 have reached maturity beginning October 31, 2025. Holders may elect to redeem their bond or contribute it to St. Margaret Sailing Club.

By contributing your bond, you will be honoured as a Founding Bond Donor, with your name inscribed on a permanently installed plaque within the clubhouse.

To Redeem or Contribute a Bond:

1. Send an email to treasurer@smsc.ca stating your intention to redeem or contribute.

2. If you are not the recognized Bond Bearer, provide documentation establishing your authority or ownership. Acceptable proof may include:

   • Estate documentation confirming inheritance

   • Power of Attorney

   • Court order granting ownership

   • Other legal documentation confirming authority

3. Provide proof of your mailing address.

4. Allow up to 30 days for review by the Treasurer and Finance Committee.

5. Respond to any follow-up inquiries from the Treasurer.

6. Upon approval, a cheque will be issued by mail from St. Margaret Sailing Club.
